1. Arrival waiting time is 60 minutes. Thereafter is charged at minimum of 3 hours
2. Departure waiting time is 30 minutes. Thereafter is charged at minimum of 3 hours
3. Point to point transfer waiting time is 30 mins. Thereafter is charged at minimum of 3 hours.
4. All arrival Transfer from V.I.P Terminal, C.I.P Terminal and Seletar Airport is charged at minimum of 3 hours.
5. There is a surcharge of $20 per hour/ per transfer between 2300 and 0700 hours
6. Each stop enroute to and from airport is $20
7. Full payment are to be made during reservation (unless you are an affiliate)
8. Cancellation within 72 hours is fully chargeable and payment made will be forfeited
9. For overnight drive in Malaysia a fixed rate of SGD150 is chargeable for chauffeur lodging and meals
10. There is a 50% surcharge during major events like F1, Airshow, IMF World Bank Meeting, Asean Meeting and etc.
11. Entrance fees to all tourist attractions are to be paid by the hirer.
