Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Singapore Limousine. By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Payment Terms
- Full Payment Required: Full payment is required during reservation, unless you are an affiliate.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Invoice: A confirmation and invoice will be sent to your registered email address.
- For disposal or hourly bookings, any vehicle usage within an hour is rounded up to the next full hour. For example, If you use the vehicle for an extra 20 or 50 minutes, It will be billed as one additional hour.
- Minimum Booking Duration Charge: Hourly and disposal services are booked for a minimum duration. The Client will be charged for the full minimum booking duration regardless of the actual service time utilized. Any unused time within the booked block (e.g., if 5 hours are used out of an 8-hour booking) is non-transferable and will not be credited towards future services or dates.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Within 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled service will incur a full charge, and any payment made will be forfeited.
- Before 72 Hours: Any cancellation made before 72 hours after making full payment will receive a 50% refund.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Special Charges
- Overnight Drive in Malaysia: A fixed rate of SGD150 will be charged for chauffeur lodging and meals.
- Festive Periods: Listed rates do not apply during festive periods (Christmas and Lunar New Year). Special pricing will apply.
- Major Events: A 50% surcharge will be applied during major events such as F1, Airshow, IMF World Bank Meeting, ASEAN Meeting, and other similar occasions.

4. Reservation and Bookings
When you make a reservation with Singapore Limousine, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Arrive on time at the designated pickup location or contact us with any changes.
- Accept responsibility for any delays or missed pickups due to incorrect information provided.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must adhere to the following standards of conduct:
- Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect.
- No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle.
- No eating or drinking (except water) without permission.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at all times.
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations during your journey.
6. Damage and Liability
Singapore Limousine is not responsible for:
- Personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Damages caused by passengers to the vehicle.
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Passengers are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during their use.
7. Affiliate Policy
Our affiliate partners may be eligible for flexible payment terms and special rates. Please contact our team for more information regarding affiliate programs and benefits.
8. Limitation of Liability
Singapore Limousine's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
